I don’t get it. Malaria ceased being an issue in the US over 50 years ago yet more than 40% of the world’s population still remains at risk. What’s wrong with this picture, folks?

It is the case that when a celebrity supports a cause it’s a powerful endorsement. However, what you do after that endorsement is pivotal.

As I watched the kids, who are ages 12 - 15 and are facing their own challenges, find compassion to share with other young people a world away, it reminded me of why I strive to do what I do and why I won't stop until I get there.
